At this point, the reviewer obviously felt that it was not worth the trouble to get an honest answer from you.
The reviewer -- all of the reviewers -- could be wrong. But ... mutual trust is necessary in a community effort, and it is impossible here -- in either direction, I'd judge (and I haven't been involved in any of the prior exchanges: just looking at the current state of affairs.)
If you are interested in building a directory related to Irish job advertisements, then ... you have a website, and I'd recommend you use it to accomplish your purposes -- it seems ideally named (at least).
A couple of facts for the record:
(1) No editor can "run" any category. Hundreds of experienced editors can edit every category, and a case of dueling editors gets quick and intense attention. Either editor who is abusing the guidelines for his own sites, is promoted to ex-editor.
