Jeśli dobrze pamiętam incd jest tylko zastępstwem tego o co mi chodzi i to takim sobie.
Udało mi się znaleźć to czego szukałem pod tym adresem:

Jednakże producent nie udostępnia sterowników tak po prostu, a tylko uaktualnienia.
Tak czy inaczej sterowniki i tak udało mi się jakoś znaleźć i wrzuciłem je na rapida DVD-RAM driver
