Best way to rip my dvds to Plex
If you wanna just copy the DVDs Video_TS then I've heard that RipIt works very well. I don't know how frequently it is updated though. Personally, I use AnyDVD and DVD Decrypt to copy the disc and send it over to my Intel mini for processing.
If you want to encode the movie to a file, then Handbrake will get you going.
